popstop Stop My PopupsLast week, I’d had ENOUGH.

I’m usually a mild-mannered individual. But two things happened last Thursday to really put me on boil!

Firstly, I walked into my son’s bedroom to help with his homework — and found his screen full of pornographical images. The sort of stuff a 14-year old really shouldn’t see.

He’d been researching his homework. He clicked on a link at Wikipedia and up popped a whole mass of porn site links he just couldn’t close. He tried everything. I’m pretty tech-savvy, but even *I* couldn’t close them.

I turned off the PC before the situation got any worse.

Secondly, I told my son I’d do the research for him – just in case it happened again. So I began doing the work later that night, and was attacked by porn sites once again – and then my partner walked in!

No wonder I was angry! :O

So I went out of my way last week to find myself a popup blocker!

Now, I’ve tried many so-called “popup blockers” before – and most are absolutely ineffective.

Is yours? Test it out by visiting http://www.popuptest.com/ – try all of the tests. If you get even ONE popup appear, you’re AT RISK of impossible-to-close popup windows, potential virus attacks, and a multitude of spyware threats.

Popups are the SCUM of the Internet.

And that’s why I found the ultimate solution last week, during my hour of need. It’s called Stop My Popups – and it does exactly what it says on the tin!

Install once and forget about it. Stop My Popups will automatically kill all popups before they even appear. It passes ALL the tests at the above site – and it can even “learn” your surfing habits, so it knows which popups to allow and which to ignore.
